How do you design a program?

The main objective of a leadership development program is to solve a business problem. I design my leadership programs to make a measurable impact on the business.

After understanding the context thoroughly, I work with my client -them being an individual or an organization- to execute solutions that bring back positive financial and cultural results, worth of the investment the client has put in our partnership.

What is your training style?

I prefer experiential training programs that involve thought-provoking exercises and direct application. As a certified coach, I design my content with the intent of bringing the best out of my participants, rather than try and prove the content right.

Whether it is an in-person workshop in Dubai, a multiple-days leadership training, or a full leadership development program, I guarantee to provide my audience with a transformation yet enjoyable experience.

What profile have you trained?

Across my training experience of 8 years, I have trained professionals of most seniority levels. I have a solid experience working with executives, middle-managers, first-line managers, and first-time managers, with a total training hours easily exceeding 1,000 hours.

I have experience working with corporates, multinationals, startups, and NGOs. I also enjoy taking part of open programs and sponsored events. Since I have delivered successful training programs across 9 markets in MENA, 7 markets in Africa, and 2 markets in Europe, I am experienced in working with people from diverse backgrounds.

Where do you get the content from?

I prefer to prepare my own content. I do not believe that there is a one-size-fits- all content. Each training program has its own objective, specific participant profile, dynamics, and limitations. Hence, I find it valuable to invest my time preparing the right content that both meets the business objective of the program and suits the trainee's profile.

Are you open to any kind of leadership program?

Short answer, yes. Long answer, I prefer to ensure the organization's commitment to making sure the investment is worth it.

Whether the program is being run virtually, in-person, or hybrid, I expect the organization to effectively communicate the value of the program and ensures the participants have prioritized it on their agendas.

How much do you charge?

There are many variables involved in making this decision; including the complexity of the problems to solve, the length of the commitment, the leadership program pillars, and the client's budget. Generally, I prioritize winning a committed and determined client over the cheque size.
