How does coaching work?

Coaching is a partnership between the coach (me) and the client (you). Empathetically, your problem becomes my problem as well. My role is to -objectively and factually- boost your confidence and prove to you that you have much more to give . You, on the other hand, are still responsible and accountable to solve the problem.

What is a coaching session like?

A typical coaching session starts with clarifying the problem of the session and setting an objective for the session. Afterwards, I ask you key questions to bring your attention to important matters that you might not have realized before. The more challenging and thought-provoking you find these questions, the more you know the session is rewarding for you.

I am both professionally experienced and academically qualified to ensure results for my clients. What is your coaching style?

I prefer logical, bold, empathetic, and empowering coaching approaches. I take my clients through a concrete and measurable journey to reach results quickly and effectively. I do not believe in abstract concepts; I'd rather partner up with my client on a journey that they find real and tangible.

Technically speaking, I am aware with a wide range of coaching models, techniques, methodologies, tools, and exercises. As a professional residing in Dubai, I am always ahead of the curve and up-to-date with the latest trends and relevant technologies.

Who is your ideal coaching client?

For career coaching programs, my ideal client is a young (25 to 34 of age) looking to navigate their professional career path. For self-awareness and executive coaching, my ideal client is middle age (35 to 50 of age) professionals, who are curious to find out more about their personal and professional potential. I am comfortable working with clients from all demographic and geographic backgrounds.

How does your pricing work?

Short answer: It depends on the client's financial capabilities, project's complexity, and the time commitment required.

Long answer: I am driven by impact, and deliciously complicated challenges energize me. If the job is challenging, high-impact, and dynamic, then I am all up for it regardless of the financial compensation. I am aware that life is short, and I plan to spend it meaningfully and joyfully.

How do you design a program?

The main objective of a development program is to solve a problem, and I design programs to make a measurable impact on the people/business.

After understanding the context thoroughly, I work with my client -them being an individual or an organization- to execute solutions that bring back tangible, measurable, and positive results, worthy of the investment the client has put into our partnership.

What is your training style?

I prefer experiential training programs that involve thought-provoking exercises and direct application. As a certified coach, I design my content with the intent of bringing the best out of my participants, rather than try and prove the content right. I find the moments when participants disagree with the content to be the most energizing moments.

Whether it is an in-person workshop, a multiple-days leadership training program, or a full leadership development initiative, I guarantee to provide my audience with a transformational yet enjoyable experience.

Where is your content from?

I prefer to design and develop my own content every time. I do not believe that there is a one-size-fits- all content. Each session or program has its own objective, specific participant profile, dynamics, and limitations. Hence, I find it valuable to invest my time preparing the right content that both meets the business objective of the program and suits the trainee's profile.
